And to top it off, why was there only one white wine at dinner? I almost thought to leave a good review, but alas, I just couldn't!

The hotel is exceptionally clean with a robust air-conditioning system.
The room was quite cramped, which made it uncomfortable for three people. I was also frustrated by the poor Wi-Fi service that constantly dropped, making it hard to stay connected. the noise from outside and within the hotel at night was extremely disruptive, which hampered my ability to get a good night's sleep.

Beautifully clean hotel. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water, and fresh towels daily made for a comfortable stay.
Noise felt intrusive at night, possibly from cleaning activities, and the lack of refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. A dryer or clothesline on the balcony would have been useful, too.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Balcony for 6 nights, and it was spacious with air-conditioning. The bathroom was decent. The TV was a nice touch. The location was fantastic for accessing Benidorm's Old Town. the room felt a little smaller in person than expected, especially with three of us sharing. We could’ve used some more plug sockets and space to get ready. Still, overall, it was a comfy stay!
